At present, China's LED display industry standard "LED display general specification SJ/T11141", in this industry standard and "electronic measuring instrument 2S reliability test GBll463" on the LED display reliability test, in fact difficult to achieve The reliability requirement of MTBF is not less than 10,000 hours, and it cannot meet the requirements of high reliability LED display. In order to achieve high reliability of the LED display, the supporting product materials must be greatly improved, the metering requirements must include heat, reasonable and advanced.

1, LED lighting tube.

LED lighting tube is the key component of LED electronic display, and should adopt the mature and reliable LED products . Features:

Good stability and small dispersion.

High ESD index: HBM is greater than 4000V.

Small attenuation: less than 5% in 1000 hours

Strong pressure resistance: Vr=10V, Ir<2uA

Brightness, wavelength, and angle consistency are high.

Good light distribution: perfect light distribution curve.

It is resistant to temperature, humidity and UV rays and is suitable for outdoor environments.

2, the box.

The whole steel plate or aluminum is used, and the door opening structure is adopted. The top of the box is made of pins and the bottom is made of guide sleeves to ensure precise positioning between the boxes.

The overall protection of the cabinet complies with the IP66 standard. The structure should fully consider heat dissipation.
