At present, the company's largest shareholder is Feng Haitao, holding 35.42% of the company's shareholding ratio. In the past two years, the actual controller of the company has been Feng Haitao, and has not changed.

In 2013, 2014 and January-September 2015, Wright's main business income was 146 million yuan, 159 million yuan and 0.71 billion yuan, net profit was 8,297,600 yuan, 11.68 million yuan and 3,361,400 yuan, net sales. Interest rates are 5.68%, 7.36% and 4.74%.

Among them, the main business income comes from two categories of income from self-produced products (LAMP LED) and agency business (SMD LED), and the proportion of revenue from self-produced products increases gradually. During the reporting period, the main business income accounted for 100%, 100%, and 99.27%, respectively, and the main business was outstanding.

The company's profits are mainly derived from self-produced sales of LED optoelectronic products and agents. During the reporting period, the company's sales gross profit was 29.25.59 million yuan, 35.315 million yuan and 15.54 million yuan respectively.
