Apple updates three major systems ios9 equipped with smart home features

On June 9th, the 2015 Apple Global Developers Conference (WWDC 2015) was officially opened in San Francisco, USA. This conference announced three important system updates and other services such as iOS 9, OSX and watchOS. Among them, Apple Pay's related service plan and IOS9 equipped with smart home are more eye-catching.

iOS 9: Remote Control of Homekit-Related Smart Home Devices

Redesigned iOS9, the entire system will be smarter. The new Siri will help you find more content. Improvements in these features have made Siri a better portable assistant, suggesting what the device is doing based on changes in your usage scenarios. For example, if you add an address to an event in the Calendar app, Siri will remind you when it should be. iOS9 will also provide a deeper level of information search, and Apple even provides a search API interface so that users can search for information inside the app and more. As the core link of Apple's smart home, Homekit first introduced iCloud connection function in iOS9, which will allow users to remotely control Homekit related smart home devices through iCloud in the future.

watchOS 2: Native apps are more exciting

watchOS is a major event at this developer conference, and the new version of watchOS 2 will bring more native apps to Apple Watch. This includes more new dials, new features, and interesting usage. Let's say you can choose one of your photos to use as your dial pattern, and the TIme-Lapse dial for a time-lapse video. watchOS 2 allows you to preview third-party push information on the dial. By rotating DigitalCrown to operate the time travel function, you can view the next event on the calendar or the temperature in the future. Put the Apple Watch on its side and charge it, it will automatically enter the bedside clock mode. In just one month of release, Apple Watch already has thousands of applications designed and developed. On watchOS2, these apps can run independently of the iPhone on the watch. With HomeKit and through iCloud, you can remotely control all your smart devices in your home. User-oriented watchOS2 will be available this fall.

Apple Pay: Landing in the UK in July

In July of this year, 70% of credit and debit cards will be applied to Apple Pay in the UK, and more than 250,000 stores in the UK will accept Apple Pay. In the future, ApplePay can even use the public transportation system in London to purchase tickets.

Apple also announced at the meeting that its iOS system comes with the application Passbook changed its name to Wallet. After the name change, Wallet's content has become more abundant, and the user's credit card, debit card, loyalty card, boarding pass, ticket, etc. can be stored on this APP. Passbook's name change and content upgrade are designed to complement some of ApplePay's features. Apple is accelerating the global distribution of Apple Pay. The UK will be the first country ApplePay has landed since its launch in the US. In addition, there is news that Apple has completed ApplePay's support for Canada in iOS9, and the corresponding service will officially land in Canada this fall. Apple is also exploring how to get Apple Pay into China.

Apple Music: Streaming music service is free for 3 months

At the conference, Apple launched its own music service Apple Music. The service is not only available on Apple's platform, but will also be rolled out to the Android platform later this year.

Apple’s streaming music service costs $9.99 a month, and the service is free for the first three months, and then a family of less than 6 people (including 6 people) is required to pay a service fee of $14.99 per month to continue using it. The monthly fee for personal authorization is $9.99. AppleMusic will be available on June 30th.
