Whether from the sales channel or the internal management of the company has been partially reformed, this is the main reason for the rapid recovery of the operation of the compressor companies. . However, at present, the compressor itself still has the disadvantages of low output and high energy consumption. How should we respond?

1, low output:

(1) Reduce the temperature of the inlet gas. Under normal circumstances, the compressor has been designed to take into account the components of the gas at all stages of suction, temperature, pressure, etc., and the radial and axial forces are balanced, and the dimensions of the main components are determined according to the force conditions. The rod diameter, piston rod diameter, crankshaft diameter, etc., calculate the shaft power, according to the theoretical shaft power amplification 20% supporting the corresponding motor.

Therefore, it is not desirable to increase the pressure on the inlet to increase the output of the compressor. According to the ideal state gas equation (ie, PV=nRT), the inlet gas temperature should be reduced as much as possible to increase the air-intake rate.

(2) Improve the quality of compressor repairs. Keeping the piston and piston ring's end face sealed is not contaminated, and the clearance between the piston and the piston cap can't be large within the technical requirements of the compressor. Of course, it can't be too small, and the cylinder slamming phenomenon is easy to occur when the hour is small, and the inlet and outlet valves cannot malfunction. Also, the valve seat cannot be sealed tightly, nor can it be arbitrarily thickened or thinned.

(3) do the cylinder cooling work. Compressors are designed for adiabatic compression and cooling of the cylinder is also very important.

2, high energy consumption:

(1) Adjust the suction pressure. Selecting the proper suction pressure can effectively reduce the compressor power consumption. Under normal circumstances, the lower the suction pressure, the greater the energy consumption, especially the suction pressure of the compressor section. Therefore, we can appropriately increase the suction pressure of the compressor, increase the efficiency of the cyclone inlet separator during a period of inhalation, and further eliminate the resistance of the intake pipe network, so as to obtain a higher suction pressure while ensuring a sufficient amount of gas treatment.

(2) Reduce the pressure drop across the compressor section. The pressure drop between compressor sections is also an important cause of compressor power consumption. In order to reduce the pressure drop between sections, high-efficiency heat exchangers can be used in place of inter-stage coolers to reduce unnecessary piping equipment and elbows, while improving operating conditions and reducing the degree of fouling of coolers.

(3) Reduce compressor start-stop frequency
