1, tender conditions
The tendering project Inner Mongolia Dayan Mining Group Co., Ltd. motor maintenance project (bidding number: CSIEZB170100370) has been approved for construction, the project owner (tenderer) is Inner Mongolia Dayan Mining Group Co., Ltd., construction funds: self-raised. The project has already met the conditions for tendering and is now conducting an open domestic tender for the implementation of the project.
2. Overview of the project and scope of the bid (for details, see Chapter 5 Purchasing Requirements)
Project Overview: Repair the motor of Inner Mongolia Dayan Mining Group Co., Ltd. (including explosion-proof motor), and the motor repair model: YBSD525/263-4/8G, YBSS-200, YBC3-300, YB2-4508-4, etc. The maintenance project is expected to have a repair volume of 6,000 kilowatts. The main maintenance items are as follows:
1) Check the stator and stator windings and other components.
2) Replace rotor cores, squirrel cages, stator windings, bearings, accessories or other parts for repairs.
3) Repair the casing and dispose of the unexploded areas such as the explosion-proof surface.

Duration: The maintenance period is 15 natural days/lot; from the signing date of the contract to the date of completion
Payment method: After the goods are submitted to the tendering party, after the acceptance, pay 30% of the total price of the contract. After 3 months of use, there is no problem to pay the 60% of the total price of the contract. The remaining 10% will be used as the warranty money, and the warranty period will expire after one year. Quality issues, pay the balance. Prepayments are not allowed, and the final settlement maintenance fee is calculated based on the actual maintenance volume of the tenderer.
3, bidder qualification requirements
3.1 The bidder must be a company with independent legal personality;
3.2 Has the maintenance qualification certificate issued by the National Coal Association or the relevant department or has 500KW (motor supply voltage 10KV or more motor (including explosion-proof motor) manufacturing, maintenance qualifications;
3.3 The bidder shall provide the maintenance performance of the motor for the past three years (2014-2016) (subject to the copy of the contract);
3.4 This project does not allow consortium bidding;
3.5 The project is qualified after the trial;
3.6 The supplier who failed to complete the registration or registration after the online registration fails to qualify for the bid.
4. Obtaining tender documents
4.1 Selling price of the bidding documents: RMB 500 per package. The tender documents will not be refunded after sale.
