Facebook expects share price to increase by 3 U.S. dollars
According to the Lianhe Zaobao News, the Goldman Sachs Group released a report a few days ago to increase the share price of FACEBOOK, a social networking site, from US$35 to US$38 in the next 12 months. It is also expected that the company’s earnings in the fourth quarter of 2012 are expected to increase. Goldman Sachs analysts expect FACEBOOK's revenue to come from news delivery advertising and the newly added "gift" feature. Earlier, a number of Wall Street institutions had raised their FACEBOOK stock price expectations. Among them, BMO Financial Group raised the company’s stock target price from US$15 to US$32, and JP Morgan raised the company’s target price from US$29 to US$35. At the same time, according to estimates by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Facebook’s revenue in the fourth quarter of 2012 will increase by 37% year-on-year.
