ARM has identified four distinct vulnerabilities that could be exploited, and it has released a chart showing that several of its Cortex-A series chips — including the A8, A9, A15, A17, A57, A72, A73, and A75 — are affected by more than two of these issues. The earlier models, such as the A8, A9, and A15, were used in early Apple devices like the first three iPads, iPad mini, iPhone 4/4s/5/5c, iPod Touch 4G/5G, and Apple TV 2G/3G. They also appeared in some Google-branded phones and older Qualcomm Snapdragon-powered devices.
