Qingdao 2.5 billion yuan "Green Island Plan" uses LED landscape lighting
In 2012, Qingdao Development Zone plans to invest 2.5 billion yuan to implement the “Green Island Plan†to complete the overall high-level greening of the entire island of Phoenix Island.
