The local branch of China Mobile has carried out similar actions. For example, in Guangdong, before more than 100 volunteers from the Beijing Olympic Games and Paralympic Games were about to leave for Beijing, China Mobile Guangdong sent them a TD mobile phone with a thousand yuan phone bill.
