Fourth, the controller is bad. Use the multimeter DC voltage file to measure the red wiring of the controller output (connect the plug of the wire). If there is a voltage output of about 5 volts, the controller is normal. If there is no voltage output, the controller burns out and the controller needs to be replaced.
5. The terminals of the motor are loose, and each connector is re-examined. It may also be that the battery case is not in place when it is placed in the frame, and the contact of the contacts is not good.
Sixth, the last situation is that the motor burned out. Disconnect the motor from the controller, connect the other wires, slowly rotate the motor, measure the Hall line with a multimeter, and see if the signal has a voltage change. If there is no change in one phase, the motor Hall component burns off. , resulting in a lack of phase, the need to replace the motor. This situation is also the most expensive to repair.
