1.2 Bidding conditions
The tender project (Guoyang Coal and Electricity Integration Co., Ltd. #1 unit A-level maintenance supervision tender) has been approved for construction, the project company is Guoyang Xiangyang Coal and Electricity Integration Co., Ltd., the construction fund comes from self-raising, and the bidder is Guoyang Liyang Coal and Electricity. 1.3 Project Overview and Bidding Scope
The company is located in No. 1 Guodian Avenue, Liyang City, Henan Province. Guodian Xiangyang Coal and Electricity Integration Co., Ltd. Phase I project is a 2×630MW “W†flame supercritical coal-fired generating unit. The current phase of the project was jointly established and operated by China Guodian Corporation and Hebi Group. Both parties contributed 80% and 20% respectively. Phase 1 projects #1 and #2 were put into trial production on November 13, 2010 and 168 hours on November 29, 2010 respectively. At present, the routine inspection and maintenance work for boilers and ash removal for #1 and #2 units is under the responsibility of Zhengzhou Xinli Electric Power Co., Ltd., and the daily inspection and maintenance of desulphurization is performed by Guodian Longyuan Company. Turbine and water are used for #1 and #2 units. The routine maintenance and repair work of the system is the responsibility of Zhengzhou Xinli Electric Power Co., Ltd., and daily maintenance and repair work of the coal conveying system is handled by Zhengzhou Xinli Electric Power Co., Ltd. The scope of supervision of this project is overhaul and overhaul of #1 unit of Guodian Xiangyang Coal and Electricity Integration Co., Ltd., including standard projects, non-standard projects and all technical renovation projects, etc.
