Instructions for Use

1. To ensure the product's service life, it is recommended to use it in a cleanroom with a classification of 100,000 or higher. Keep it away from dust sources and other contaminants. The installation area should be smooth, clean, and free of dust.

2. For newly installed or long-term unused workbenches, it is essential to perform thorough cleaning using a vacuum cleaner or tools that do not produce fibers before use.

3. Before powering on the device, carefully verify that the actual power parameters match those specified in the product manual.

4. To maintain cleanliness in the workspace, it is recommended to turn off the machine 50 minutes before each use. After turning on the power, activate the UV lamp to eliminate microorganisms on the working surface. After 30 minutes, turn off the UV lamp and start the fan.

5. When adjusting the fan speed, use the touch-sensitive switch on the control panel (which has five levels based on voltage: 140V, 150V, 160V, 180V, and 220V). The fan speed adjustment is indicated by red and green LED lights. Each increase in wind speed adds two more green segments to the display, while each decrease adds two red segments instead of the original green ones.

6. The fan, lighting, and UV lamps are all controlled via red LEDs. When operating, the LEDs will illuminate; when not in use, they will turn off.

7. Under the condition of maintaining the required cleanliness, it is advisable to use the lowest possible wind speed. If the wind gauge does not meet the cleanliness standards, increase the fan speed. If the maximum speed still fails to achieve the desired level, replace the high-efficiency filter. For short periods of inactivity, such as during staff breaks, reduce the fan speed to save energy while maintaining cleanliness in the workspace.
