Even when users are wearing makeup or glasses, the system can still recognize them accurately thanks to its advanced self-learning capabilities.
Currently, Elan’s 3D face recognition solution is fully developed and ready for deployment. It is being actively promoted to major smartphone manufacturers in Taiwan and other regions. The company plans to begin sampling in the second quarter of this year, with full-scale production expected in the second half of the year. With an annual market demand of nearly 1.5 billion units, Elan is targeting a wide range of smartphone brands, aiming to establish itself as a key player in the next generation of biometric security solutions.
