It is proposed to invite a car maintenance company to repair and maintain the existing and future new vehicles of the operating company. V. Bidder qualification conditions
(A) Bidder requirements:
1, qualification conditions:
(1) Registration in the territory of the People's Republic of China, with independent legal personality, (does not accept applications from branches as agents), registered capital of not less than 1 million yuan or foreign currency equivalent (provide original business license);
(2) The bidder shall provide a certificate for Class II or above vehicle maintenance enterprise that has been approved by the Administrative Department of Automobile Maintenance Industry in Nanjing, and the scope of business shall be no less than two models (the original motor vehicle maintenance license shall be provided);
2. Financial requirements: The original financial audit report issued by the accounting firm for 2015 must be provided; special invoices for value-added tax can be issued (original proof of the relevant documents or the original letter of commitment).
3. Performance requirements: The bidder must provide a similar vehicle maintenance and repair project contract (provide original) since 2013.
