The raised funds amounted to RMB 71,947,700. After the investment of RMB 14,453,300, the accumulated investment will reach RMB 85,950,300. Since the current investment has reached the design capacity of the fundraising project, the company decided to raise funds of RMB 1,272,200 and the original plan. The funds raised were insufficient and the company self-financed part of the funds of RMB 10,386,300 and no longer invested.

In addition, Wanrun Technology also announced that the company plans to withdraw funds from the new high-efficiency patch-type LED fundraising project to a total of 81.090 million yuan (including interest income, deducting net handling fee, interest income). The new high-efficiency patch-type LED fundraising project plans to invest a total of 126.91 million yuan, and the project construction period is 18 months.
