The first phase of the project is strictly in accordance with the relevant standards of subway lighting, and the factory inspection of the LED lamps used is strictly carried out, including the dimensions and appearance inspection of LED lamps, the inspection of various technical parameters of LED lamps, various functions and performance tests of LED lamps. , LED lamp 1000-hour light decay test and 4000-hour light decay test, LED lamp color temperature drift test, lighting indicators, etc.; in addition, all lamps must pass the National Electric Light Source Quality Supervision and Inspection Center or the National Lighting Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, including Safety project inspection, electromagnetic compatibility, light distribution test, color parameters, environmental testing, etc., to ensure the integrity and energy efficiency of the entire line of lighting in use.
More than 20,000 LED lamps used in the project have a power factor of 0.9 or higher, a service life of at least 50,000 hours, and a luminous efficiency of more than 80 lm/w, which is much more energy-saving than traditional sodium lamps and has reached the international advanced level.
