Fujian LED lighting industry welcomes the "incandescent lamp delisting" favorable policy

Hongmao, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and director of the Fujian Institute of Physical and Cultural Affairs, said that most of the LED lights developed by enterprises in Fujian Province are internationally advanced and domestically leading, while production costs are the lowest. Some companies' LED fluorescent tubes have a luminous efficiency of 142 lm/w, and they have received more than 40 million domestic and foreign orders in just half a month.
It is understood that the current price of many LED lighting products has dropped sharply: for example, the 8-watt LED ceiling light sold for 293 yuan in July last year, and dropped to 120 yuan in June this year; the LED grille light single head last year 180 yuan, as long as 100 Yuan; LED downlights dropped from 370 yuan to 230 yuan.
Despite the obvious price decline, the price of LED lamps is still many times higher than that of energy-saving lamps. At present, most of them are still based on government procurement, and the acceptance of ordinary people is not high. LED energy-saving lamps have to enter the homes of ordinary people, and further technological breakthroughs are needed to reduce costs.
Therefore, Fujian Province believes that LED energy-saving lamps companies are currently doing the opportunity to gradually eliminate the incandescent lamps, further enhance the core technology of lighting, and reduce costs. It is estimated that in another 3 to 5 years, LED energy-saving lamps will occupy a considerable market share after the elimination of incandescent lamps.
In addition, in order to reduce the cost of LED lamps into ordinary people's homes, scale development is a prerequisite, and the government and society need to invest more. As early as 2007, Fujian Province took the lead in issuing the “Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Development of LED and Solar Photovoltaic Industryâ€, which was supported by fiscal, taxation, land use and financing.
