I recently repaired a Hisense TLM37E01 LCD TV with the issue of "three no" (no power, no picture, no sound). After disassembling and visually inspecting the unit, I found no obvious signs of damage. I checked the main capacitor (300μF) and it was in good condition, but after turning off the power, the 300V voltage slowly discharged, which was unusual. All the switching power supply outputs were zero. I then tested the pin voltages of the sub-power chip, model 1271A. The 300V input was normal, but the starting voltage at pin 6 was only 4V, which was abnormal. I measured the surrounding components and they all looked fine. I replaced the 1271 power supply chip directly, and after that, the voltage at pin 6 rose to 13V, and the TV worked properly. This type of issue has been encountered a few times before, so it might be a common problem. If you face similar symptoms, I recommend replacing the 1271 chip first.
