Polar routing Wang Chuyun was invited to participate in the "chain · future" spring blockchain technology closed forum
On March 27th, Wang Chuyun, the founder and CEO of Polar Routing, was invited to attend the “Chain·Future†Spring Blockchain Technology Closed Forum, co-organized by People's Daily and 31 District. The event highlighted the growing importance of blockchain technology and the role of mainstream media in promoting innovation.
Wang Chuyun participated in a roundtable discussion hosted by Wang Xing, former senior vice president of Sohu. During the session, she shared her insights on the challenges of using traditional routers for PoW-based Bitcoin mining. She explained that Polar Routing has developed a non-PoW consensus algorithm that leverages the stable bandwidth, storage, and computing power of home routers. By connecting these devices in a P2P network, users can earn tokens as a form of compensation—like a digital salary.
She emphasized that the blockchain industry is still in its early stages, with significant gaps in infrastructure. Whether it comes to public chain technology or node equipment, there’s a need for more robust support systems. For blockchain projects to succeed, they must have enough nodes to ensure security. Polar Routing aims to address this by starting with intelligent routers, which are naturally distributed devices. With advanced chip integration, lower power consumption, higher bandwidth, and better P2P networking capabilities, routers could become ideal blockchain nodes.
From her perspective, the future of routers lies in becoming hubs for artificial intelligence (AI). As AI evolves, it will likely move toward distributed computing models, potentially resembling a living system that can be controlled or turned off by individuals. Distributed architecture, she believes, is the most efficient way for AI to function.
Moreover, she sees blockchain as the next generation of human life—a trusted database or memory for silicon-based systems. To support AI development, we need to build artificial brains or their physical carriers, which is the direction of future innovation. Polar Routing’s product roadmap focuses on enhancing AI computing power, increasing storage capacity, and enabling more resource sharing. Over time, as technology advances, more users will participate in AI infrastructure services, fundamentally changing how we live.
In addition, Wang Chuyun announced that Polar Routing will fully open its B70 national mining plan tomorrow. The first batch of X Engineering machines will be released one after another, and the Extreme X plan will also be launched. She expressed confidence that more users will join the program, experiencing the efficiency and convenience that blockchain technology can bring.
